I am not sure why, but I see this when I start the geolocation test application. It might be the reason that this application doesn't actually startup geo? E/GeckoConsole( 533): [JavaScript Error: "NO SETTINGS PERMISSION FOR: app://geoloc.gaiamobile.org E/GeckoConsole( 533): " {file: "jar:file:///system/b2g/omni.ja!/components/SettingsManager.js" line: 344}] nom'ing because someone should probably investigate.

Changing component to general. From Gaia side, we probably don't care since this is a test app issue. So this bug is more for gecko to investigate if there is some gecko issue.
Component: Gaia → General

it sounds like this is a minus. some apps want to know when the language changes. to do this, apps are using the settings api/permission. clearly not ideal. but since this is a test application, it doesn't matter.
