STR :
a) Open http://web.tweetdeck.com/
b) Try to compose a tweet.
c) Try to upload a picture from your computer by clicking the camera icon.
d) Move the pointer around in the window that pops up for you to select the picture

Actual Result :
Flickering between the pointer icon and link select icon

Expected Result :
No flickering

More information :
I am on Windows 7 (20.0a1 (2012-12-10)). I am also attaching my about:support information.

I was unable to reproduce the issue with Firefox 23 beta 9 (buildID: 20130725195523) and latest Nightly (buildID: 20130728030204). If someone can still reproduce the issue please reopen the bug.
