820925 - Grant contributor access to SUMO Tools

We've worked with Privacy to get past all the hurdles to get an awesome contributor access to the sumo db so he can do some metrics work. Bug 813718 has the information.

I am assuming the next step is to set up SSH access for him and some VPN stuff on his local machine. 

The contributor is Vito Smolej. I've CC'd him on this bug. Let me know what you need from our end.

Couple things here-

* This looks like Windows/Putty ssh-key.  Please attach an openssh compatible key.
* You already have an ssh-key on file.  Would you like to use that instead?
* We will need to reset your ldap password for vpn access. Password Expiration:
    2010-04-13

Had to manually add your user to the mpt-vpn (was getting an error) and your key ssh key has been deployed for user smolejv
