There is a conflict between the v1 use case and the bug listed below. The use case describes a setting for loading images in email, the bug describes removing that option. The use case needs to be updated or the bug backed out.

USE CASE: EMAIL-132	As a user looking at an incoming HTML message that has images I want to have an option labeled "Load Images" so that I have the option to load images from a mail or not.   Images are automatically loaded if the "Display email images" option is selected in Email settings.

The user story should be updated. See use case EMAIL-074 for the image toggle -- that one was marked OOS. 

We didn't catch the clause in EMAIL-132 but that last sentence should have been removed at that time.
