DUP of 76045; Try erasing install completely and re-installing.
I've erased Mozilla and re-installed. I still get this message. Build ID 2001051804
I deleted the mozregistry.dat and mozver.dat files also. This cured this bug
when it occurred on earlier builds but not in the the build I'm currently using.

This is a DUP of many bugs, all with the exact same problem. These were all
closed, since it was just a build issue at that time. Here is the comment on
how to fix it from one of the other bugs:
Reporter:
Please deinstall your mozilla and delete the mozilla/bin direcotry (manually).
After that you can reinstall mozilla.
It seems you some old .DLLs in you mozilla directory.
Please don´t install a newer build over an older one.
If that doesn´t work, run "mozilla -profilemanager" and try it again with a new
profile.
