Overview: "Witness" provides proof that person A has agreed to legal document X. We plan to use it for Committer's Agreements, trademark usage requests etc. It's a small Python / Playdoh app. The installation needs to be reliable but there is no need for it to be scalable. Project Scope: The code is written (see https://github.com/khchen428/witness) and we are looking to deploy the first version in production and see how it goes. Dependencies: Legal: Legal have already OKed the project at a high level and have been providing UI feedback during development: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=752842 . However, they will need to finally sign off to say that e.g. they are happy for us using it for Committer's Agreements. Security: The codebase will need a security review. It does store some PII (that's rather the point; if you need to prove person A signed document X, then you have to be able to identify person A) so that needs to be taken into account. The app accepts Persona logins. Assumptions: (I'm not sure what's being asked for here.) Deliverables: Webdev are not being asked to do any development, but apparently filling in this form is the right way to get the app deployed. :-)

Gerv, who is the product owner? If the web prod team isn't needed for development I'd like to pass off ownership of this bug.
malexis: I'm not sure how to answer that question. How does one determine who the product owner is? There are two developers, and me. I want a copy of this website running so we can use it for stuff. Does that make me the product owner? Gerv

Assigning over to you since there are no web prod dependencies.

According to 821295, Webops are the ones doing the deployment. How do we initiate the process?
I'm afraid time and inertia have left the Witness project behind :-( Thanks to everyone who worked on it. Gerv
