go to today's site: http://www.macromedia.com try to click on any of the news links like: "macromedia flash content on ps2" etc. etc. in navigator 4.x this clicking would send you to another page. in netscape 6.x it does nothing.

Netscape 6.x bug, Use http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html to report this.
Oh come on. I just happened to have 6.x on the brain. It does the same thing in mozilla - same build date. Changing Summary.
Summary: macromedia.com flash links dont work in 6.x → macromedia.com flash links dont work in mozilla

I see the problem that you mention on 0523 build. This is exactly the same thing as the flash button thing you mentioned on mac in the other bug, andrew! And that is the mouse event bug that peter has, i guess. Cc: peter

FYI: keeping the mac mouse button pressed for a second over the link and releasing it actually works nicely.

Yet another dup of the double click, maybe?

i thought so too...but...double or single click..the page should load here no matter what?

this seems fixed with karnaze's recent fix too(mac 0613 trunk). Clicking on the links once..works. Andrew, can you please confirm the fix? Note: the mouse pointer not appearing as a 'hand' is another bug.
