## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012-12-13
## Repro :
1. launch browser
2. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp
3. open a new tab
4. repeat 2 & 3 11 times
## Expected :
1. pages load
## Actual :
1. pages do not necessarily load, performance degrades as tabs increase/
