RPM nightly builds have EDT timestamps, not PDT

Details
The "nightly" RPM builds seem to have their build ids timestamped in EST, while
the rest of nightly builds seem to be using PST. This is a very minor thing, but
it has some potentical to cause confusion.

Ah, it's even more confusing than I thought - the build ids are (correctly) in
Pacific time, but the RPM versions and directory names (e.g 2001-05-22-13-trunk)
are in Eastern and do not correspond to build ids.
Summary: RPM nightly builds have EST build ids, not PST → RPM nightly builds have EDT timestamps, not PDT

Yep. The builds are generated on the east coast and I generate with pacific
time stamps so at least the names are consistent with what's already there.
Can't fix it.
