STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Settings >> Keyboard 2. User is able to select multiple keyboard layouts. 3. It is also possible to remove the selection of a keyboard layout. EXPECTED RESULT: There should only one selection active - always.
You can have multiple keyboard layouts and switch between them. This is by design. With respect to not having one, I suppose the one linked to the language will be used. Not a blocker in my opinion. Adding Rafa to clarify behaviour.

Ohhhh, thank you for the clarification Daniel! I tested it further and you are correct, I am able to switch between keyboards after selecting multiple keyboard layouts. Thanks!
