Similar to bug 788299, we'd like to post a graphic to recognize having 14 million fans. Ty has created a few of these in the past, and we could tweak one of his existing designs or create something different. Creative direction: It would be fun to feature Mozillians and our Facebook fans in this graphic. Tara shared some inspiration from another page that I'm attaching. Requirements: 403x403 JPG Two versions: one that says 14,000,000 (commas) and one that says 14.000.000 (periods) Due: 1/17
I really like the inspiration I shared last night...it's a nice break from our usual template and a nice way to showcase the community / use photos, etc. Monique, is this something you can help us with? William, can you please share some photos that you'd like to use here?

Hello, This looks like fun. Some questions for you: - Is the attached just for reference or something you have done in the past? - How many images do you want to try and show? I like the 4x4 grid used in the reference image, so that would be 16 images. Hello, Attached are a few options for the 14M fan graphic. I like the first the best with the code behind the letters. Wasn't sure if you just wanted the number without "fans" but I think it's odd to not have it. Also, since the number is so long, it's hard to make it large in the space so loses effect. I tried to get a good mix of photography as well but the best quality ones are mostly with the fox. Let me know your thoughts. Monique
great! thanks. my quick thoughts: * I think seeing the full number is important. * how about we crop the logo and anchor it to the bottom to make space for the copy? * Can we please replace the dino image? second down on the right... * I'd personally suggest a few less Fox costumes, but if that's all we got, then that's what we got :) * I'm open to trying a subtle filter to make the pictures more consistent - it'll also help the center / message stand out more.

Let me know what you think. I replaced a bunch of images and tried a couple of orange effects. Wasn't sure if you wanted "fans" under 14M or not but unfortunately I can't make the number larger because we are out of room. Monique

But (And William, please tell me if you disagree) but I'd like to add the word "Yay!" or an exclamation point or something that makes it conversational-looking.

Hello, They both had the orange effect but I assume the one with less orange. So that is attached in addition to a plain version without any orange effect. Also I added the "Yay!" but not sure that is necessary. Thanks, Monique

In the CR3 bunch, the "b" version works for me (I like the less orange overlay versions.) I'm okay to close if Tara/William are good.

Hey Monique - In the CR3 bunch version b only has the commas. Can we get a version real quick with the periods? (14.000.000) for our non-US fans. We're going to hit 14 million this weekend, sorry to make it a rush, but can we get COB today?
