Right now, this is very painful to modify an existing address, especially in the parts that are not displayed directly. STR: * go to http://owapps.cloudfoundry.fr => oh, this doesn't exist ! * try to modify it to http://owapps.cloudfoundry.com Really, this is easier to rewrite everything. Current good practices involve sliding the address bar to move the text. Firefox for Android implements this, as all other mobile browsers I tested (Android Browser, Opera Mobile, Chrome Mobile for Android, Opera Mini). I find this is blocking because it makes using the browser not pleasant, and it breaks all conventions that currently exist.

Hi Julien, thanks for flagging this. One small request: can you use "UX-P?" when capturing bugs like this? It puts it on my radar to review. needinfo? also works, of course (as you did), but both would be even better :)
