When the user is attempting to add an email account on their Unagi device, the automatic setup becomes disabled if the device has a poor/disabled WiFi connection.
This forces the user to perform a manual setup of their account without any explanation as to why, or how to perform a manual setup.
Repro Steps:
1. Install Build 20121214102712 onto an Unagi device
2. Drop down the status panel
3. Make sure the WiFi connection is disabled in the Quick Settings Menu
(If not then disable it)
4. Open the Email App
5. Choose to Add a New Account
6. Select Other Email
7. Enter in credentials for a valid email account and a name into the fields
8. Select Next
Actual Results:
The User is navigated to a menu with only the option to perform a manual setup or back out
Expected Results:
The User is still able to automatically setup their email accounts without a WiFi connection
Notes:
-This also occurs when the WiFi connection is poor
-See attached screenshots for more information
-Repro'd 5/5 on multiple devices
-It is also expected that if the user is forced to perform a manual setup, there is an explanation given as to why the user must perform a manual setup, and how the user can perform a manual setup

The account creation flow has just changed with the landing of the fixes on bug 809552 that should be in the next nightly build. In particular, error messages have been greatly improved. Assuming this still happens reliably, I would be interested to know what the error message is, as well as to see an 'adb logcat' from the account setup process. See
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/RequiredBugInfo for more info on doing that.
