Bug 821885 is an awesome page showing transactions. If a support person clicks the refund button we'll mark the transaction as pending but it can be pending for up to 60 days. If a support person revisits the transaction page and the transaction is pending we should call GetRefundStatus() and show the current info. Note the dependencies here - the GetRefundStatus() is being implemented still.

ngoke showed up my transaction/lookup tool knowledge and told me to put down the bug and back away from the computer. Returning the bug to its rightful owner.
