Add the Google Analytics tracking code so we can start collecting data.

Attached is the JS snippet.

This should be loaded on every pageview. There's no need to add it to the bottom of the page anymore.

Davor: this is for AMO and marketplace (including devhub) so please make sure it gets into all the templates it is supposed to.  You can remove webtrends from AMO but I'd like to run this in parallel with webtrends on the regular marketplace pages until we can get our single stats report switched over (bug 821923).  I realize this will bloat our pages a bit, it shouldn't take long to switch reports.
