Using US Windows 98, Daily Build 05.22.04 This problem is very similar to 52336. Various folders in the Customize List, list of Available Tabs, will not open. These include Sidebar Directory and country folders in the International folder.

Yes, I agree. We're still seeing it in recent builds, in case there was doubt.

some of this is corrected. We still have the international problem of opening the international folder. Add a tab hit ok reopen open up international folder. All subfolders are now tabs.
Fixed in 20010606 US build.
