User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20121212073002 Steps to reproduce: I started Firefox 18 Beta 3 after coming from sleep mode on Windows 7 64-Bit. Actual results: Firefox 18 Beta 3 when Windows came out of sleep mode, the text lagged alot in the url bar and typing in username and passwords. Expected results: The text should have not lagged as bad as it does. A Restart fixes this issue but Thats a whole 1 Minute & 30 seconds extra to use Firefox properly.

Is that Issue reproducible for you at all? Does it depend on certain Sites loaded in Tabs because of Session Restore? Is your Issue reproducible in Safe-Mode? https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Yes it is. Just put windows 7 into hibernate mode for about 1 hour, bring it out of hibernate mode and the dual text lag bug appears. As for what sites cause this, it is any site I try to access that you need a username or password.

Is anything else being slow at the same time? Is the HDD being read/written to?

nope because before I put it in sleep mode I close all programs and it is just on the desktop. When I wake up my computer what happens is the text lag but the HDD is not sounding so really no activity, Firefox starts fast but just that lagging text is apparent once brought back from sleep mode. Firefox 18 B5.
Is this still any Issue using Firefox 19? Does disabling Hardware Acceleration make any Difference?
