*Environment:
Phone - Unagi
https://releases.mozilla.com/b2g/    20121216 build 

*How to reproduce:
  0. flash the phone
  1. go to SMS app
  2. send a message to anyone you want

*Expected Result:
  You should be able to send the message and it won't be in waiting status forever

*Actual Result:
  You see the same message dialogue twice in you SMS conversation. One is sent and another is sending. After you kill the SMS app and reopen it. It would have one message only. It would show that the message is still sending, but it sent out already
