We need to update the emulator used by TBPL emulator tests to pick up a fix for bug 821605, specifically the commit https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/platform_external_qemu/commit/3f50bf6c9979bc8bac6e3928d27c8fa281386fc0

This merge depends on bug 819790, which has already made its way into aurora & b2g18. See bug 819790 comment 16.
