From Bugzilla Helper:

It seems to take several reloads of the web page above before the page
successfully loads completely if it does it at all.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla
2. Clear memory/disk cache
3. Go to URL above

Actual Results: Page either doesn't render, partially renders or renders
successfully

Expected Results: Page renders successfully each time
Additionally one of the pages doesn't seem to want to load up images to start
off with. Possibly related to bug 82079
Something strange seems to happen after you have done a couple of (unsuccessful)
reloads and then change theme. Only have the icons on the tool bars appear and
the throbber sits there throbbing until you click stop. All the menus are greyed
out or not there and only way to exit is to click on close and even then a
mozilla process is left running which has to be end tasked.

When you do change themes, as well as various buttons not drawing and the
throbber throbbing, the status bar sits there saying Resolving host

Using win 32 build ID 2001060604. Sometime between this build and the last one I
tested it on (2001053004), this bug has been fixed presumably by a fix to
another bug.
