"Download stopped" error on FxOS, download button spins and times out on Android.

Historically, this is due to an appcache error, but the cache is valid according to http://manifest-validator.com. What else can we verify?

Manifest: nicolahibbert.com/mozilla-brickout.webapp
Would you link to the detail page? It's on prod or dev?

I tried installing this app and this is what I see -

 12-28 08:22:50.242 E/GeckoConsole( 109): Content JS INFO at app://system.gaiamobile.org/js/app_install_manager.js:191 in ai_handleDownloadError: downloadError event, error code is APP_CACHE_DOWNLOAD_ERROR

May be the appcache has invalid MIMETYPE?
This still an issue?
