Some of our automation tests for https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org are failing as no search results are being found. An example can be seen at http://qa-selenium.mv.mozilla.com:8080/job/mozillians.dev/2564/HTML_Report/.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org
2. Log in 
3. Search for "Mountain View"

Expect results: Some Mozillians are found
Actual results: No Mozillians are found

This appears to wider spread. If you view the 'accessibility' group you see David Bolter.
