If a refund is marked Pending it may take up to 60 days for Bango to settle. After they do, they'll ping our API with a success/failure for the transaction ID. We should: 1) Accept the request 2) Update the Transaction row in Solitude (might need another bug to add an API for solitude for this?) 3) Email the purchaser I haven't found any documentation for this yet and we have open questions with Bango about it so I'm just filing this as a placeholder.
