I saw this happening since past 4-5 days. I am suspecting that bug 731974 has to do something with this.

I see the tab jumping from one place to another without a smooth and continuous transition while doing dragging it.

Probably similar cause/fix as bug 823091.  Builds at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/try-builds/vladimir@pobox.com-fadac9dbe2a8 if you'd like to test.

These makes things better, but I still see jumping without animation.
Works fine now.
