822824 - FFx & You form signup needs language field - or only show for EN

Problem found:
The Firefox & You signup form on the Affiliates app page shows for all locales in multiple languages, but only signs you up for the English version.

Possible solutions:

1) Hide for locales that are not EN

2) Add in the language field so that it works just like the other FFx & You signup forms on bedrock.


Please do #1 ASAP. Right now people can view that page in their native language (ie Spanish) and think they are signing up for the newsletter in their native language, but they're actually signing up for the English newsletter since the language is not present nor being passed through.

We have that app added to the Mozilla Hispano Facebook page here https://www.facebook.com/mozillahispano/app_373528039377278. 

#2 would be great, if it's not possible in a short term maybe last option should be quitting the complete subscription module.

The form is now hidden in production for all non-English locales. Just in time for Christmas!
