When scrolling or panning a page with lots of links or images that link to pages, I get prompted to open in a new tab.
1. Using the browser go to http://m.npr.org/
2. Scroll down
Expected: Normal scrolling down the page
Actual: You get a prompt to open in a new tab.
See video. I was using icanhas.cheezburger.com as an example.

I'm not able to reproduce this on today's build. I'll check back again in the next few days to see if it keeps working well.
