Steps to reproduce:

1, a new alarm clock, set the ring tone for a mobile preset ring tones;
2, save the clock, while waiting for the response;

I just tested, and is able to reproduce, when I select a preview I can hear the sound of the alarm clock ring, but is set to the alarm bell, alarm clock sound no sound, only vibration

I think the issue is fixed by Bug 820130 - [Clock] No alarm sound when wake up from suspend. It is duplicated issue with Bug 820130.
