STR: 1. Visit http://apps.facebook.com/fxaffiliates/ as either a user logged out of Facebook or as a user logged in who has not authorized the Affiliates app. Expected: If logged in, the page will be localized based on your Facebook locale, NOT your browser locale. If the locale is available in the app, the images shown should be localized in your locale, otherwise they should be en-US. Actual: Regardless of your login state, the app will use your browser's preferred locale for the text. The images used are always en-US.
