Steps to reproduce:

1.open settings app -> click the "app permissions" item
2.our test engineers think that there should have  the contact infomation but actaully not. It's a suggestion.

For each app, we have an "Author" section which contains developer website. I think this is good enough, more information can be found on the website itself. thanks!
