On the compatibility and payment screen we should allow the dev to select a payment tier only. This tier will include a fixed price in all currencies. For example, tier 1 at $0.99 USD might be 0.89 EUR or whatever is in the DB right now. The current "Supported Non-USD Currencies" checkbox is unnecessary.
