I'm not seeing this problem anymore, but there's lots of filesystem problems...I'm going to get hardware diagnostics run on it.

(In reply to Ben Hearsum [:bhearsum] from comment #1) > I'm not seeing this problem anymore, but there's lots of filesystem > problems...I'm going to get hardware diagnostics run on it. In Bug 828621 we found no issues, but we did do a reimage. For Reference, docs say we need to re-apply twistd patches, but they seem already applied cltbld@W64-IX-SLAVE09 /c/mozilla-build/python/lib/site-packages/twisted $ patch -p0 < ~/subproc.patch patching file internet/_dumbwin32proc.py Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] n Apply anyway? [n] n Skipping patch. 1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file internet/_dumbwin32proc.py.rej cltbld@W64-IX-SLAVE09 /c/mozilla-build/python/lib/site-packages/twisted $ patch -p2 < ~/b128.patch patching file spread/banana.py Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] n Apply anyway? [n] n Skipping patch. 1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file spread/banana.py.rej Said thing was doc'd in https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=ReferencePlatforms/Win64&diff=prev&oldid=447488 back in July, :dustin also brings up that its not patching what buildbot uses since buildbot uses a venv. Armen can you shed some insight here, possibly by corralling the bugs. (and then maybe I can find time to corral the docs)

Also of note, C:\Users\cltbld>install_windows_standalone_sdk_8.0.bat "The Windows SDK 8.0 is already installed." So, I'm going to move these two sections to above the post-reimage section for now, based on this finding. Slave turned back on in slavealloc, and rebooted

(In reply to Justin Wood (:Callek) from comment #3) > > So, I'm going to move these two sections to above the post-reimage section > for now, based on this finding. > Sounds good. Yes, that is not the correct path. We should patch twisted under C:\mozilla-build\buildbotve (IIRC). If you could adjust the docs for it that would be great. IIRC I think that is the reason that we cannot stop builds for Windows machines.
