Steps to reproduce:

1、import cotacts from sim card in which there are some Chinese contacts.
2、view the interface and the result is shown In the Annex.

1、Contact list in English mixed sort by name, default in alphabetical order.
2、Chinese characters to Pinyin, and English record ,and symbols, and digital ,the name record reunification first symbol ,then  no name figures, last letter order.
