Build: Gecko-cb6ee76.Gaia-16006ea STR 1. Open the dialer 2. Make a call to a two digit number (ex. 17) ACTUAL RESULT The call is not established EXPECTED RESULT The call must be established also if the number is wrong. If the number is wrong the end-user can listen the operator message informing that the number is wrong. This test does not apply for Brasil but for other countries in LATAM.
