I'd like IMAP access to my mozilla.com mail account. Hopefully this is the right component. :)

Not the right component, moving to server-ops.
But no special bits are needed for IMAP access, AFAIK. You should be able to configure your email client per https://intranet.mozilla.org/Desktop_Email_And_Calendar_Setup#Other_IMAP_based_clients .

Yea, thats correct, sorry, I remember an email with a Zimbra migration saying IMAP needed access, and didn't try that first.

Yeah we blocked access to IMAP temporarily while doing data restores after the disk failure last year to prevent people from accidentally nuking their cached email. After the recoveries were all done it got turned back on for everyone.
