satdav, what are the steps to reproduce this bug? Does the popup appear every time at startup, when you visit a specific website, some other circumstances?

Which version of the AVG software and AVG toolbar do you have installed?
for toolbar 13.2.0.5 and for avg its self avg 2013
avg toolbar 14.0.2.14 has been released today
this issue was fixed as AVG released a new build
