Considered we don't yet know how hard will be to fix richlistbox performances, we need an escape plan.

The idea is to limit the view to N entries (where N may be something like 100 or 60 days), so that we can enable it in Nightly.  This will allow us to:
1. get Nightly testing of the view and hopefully some good bug reports
2. give history expiration the time to do its job (bug 822788)
3. give us a bit more time to investigate richlistbox hacks

In case we are unable to find a proper solution to the richlistbox perf issue in time for Firefox 20, we may release the feature with the limited view (not a big deal if the view limit and the expiration limit are the same, it will just allow expiration to work in background) and then remove the view limit in the immediately next version.

In case we fix richlistbox in time, we still get the advantage of some more days of Nightly testing.
