Unagi build #20121217070202

User is unable to edit an outgoing SMTP mail settings. 
 
Repro steps:
1. Install build # 20121217070202
2. Set up an email account
3. Select drawer icon
4. Select settings icon
5. Select an email account
6. Select Outgoing SMTP mail settings
7. Make some changes
 
Expected:
The user can change the credentials of the Outgoing SMTP server

Actual:
Cannot make changes to the SMTP settings. The fields of "Hostname" and "Port" are greyed out and cannot be altered.

Issue repros in Build 20130104070203 there is no option to change settings in outgoing settings.  Only options are Hostname and Port and they are unchangeable.

Please invalidate the test case.  The user should remove the account and re-create it if they need to change fundamental settings like server settings.  We think letting them change the setting here adds too many permutations.

(We eventually do want to support functionality like this, but it is far enough out that we realistically should not pretend like this is going to happen.)

Actually, since the user is still able to access the SMTP settings, I updated the TC to check that the user is able to return to the Server Settings.
