Description: Enter SIM PIN menu does not have a cancel button

Re-pro Steps:

1. Open up the settings menu
2. Select SIM Security under privacy and Security.
3. Select the SIM pin toggle and enable it. 

Expected Result:

By selecting the Cancel button the user will go back to the SIM Security menu 

Actual Result:

Cancel button is not visible.

Comments: The Back button takes you back to the previous screen, but there is no Cancel button available.
