After recording a video, selecting to record a video again flashes the top portion of the UI on top of the bottom portion of the UI

Steps to reproduce:

record a video first and stored successfully , then click on the record button again, 


Actual results:

the video list at the top of the screen flashed to the bottom of the screen , covered the recording time and the record button.

Bugs cleanup. This is obsolete. After the camera refactor/redesigned that landed in 1.4 this doesn't apply anymore.
