## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012-12-21
## Repro :
1. launch contacts
2. go to settings
3. turn on facebook
4. log into facebook
5. move to an area with weak wifi
6. once you get the time out screen, hit retry
## Expected :
1. the retry page overlays and shows cleanly
## Actual :
1. switch to turn on facebook bleeds through the retry page.

Looks like it doesn't occur. closing the bug.
