I'd like a desk phone installed in our kitchen/community area. Preferably wall mounted near the door. It will be useful for buzzing people in the front door during events.

Karen states that currently, when someone buzzes the YVR office, it will ring everyone in the office until someone picks up (usually Karen). Karen wants the desk phone to work the same way as the doorbell.

This would just require adding a phone in the desired location and then adding that phone to the list of phones that ring when someone uses the doorbell phone.  Jonathan can help.

If there isn't a data port there or close by we'll need to have our cabling contractors come in to run one to the location.  That is a WPR thing.  If there is one there what Aaron said is correct.

per kesterly there should is a data port under snack shelves we can use - will provision a new phone for this.
