As of version 0.2.12 and this commit https://github.com/fabien-d/alertify.js/commit/f94cd5652b7d9398b8a276704258262ccdf1fc28 alertify makes it possible to override css classes applied to certatin `alert()` calls. Thanks to this it's going to be (should be) possible control `alert()` use when we want the user to pay attention something that is an error. ...which is whenever `handleError()` shows an alert.
In fact, alertify has been massively refactored and improved. http://fabien-d.github.io/alertify.js/
