82421 - ubercaret after ending bulleted list

steps:

launch composer
add a 2 item bulleted list
hit ENTER afer the second list item to see a blank 3rd item appear on the next 
line
Now, click on the "Remove bulleted List" button in formatting toolbar.

Observe that the 3rd list item disappears and list ends (expected), BUT the  
caret disappears

I ca reproduce what you did -- you must follow these steps exactly:
1. open a new composer window
2. select bullet list icon on toolbar
3. enter text in 1st bullet, hit enter
4. enter text in 2nd bullet, hit enter
5. while caret is in 3rd list item, select bullet icon in toolbar

the 3rd bullet is removed and the ubercaret appears on the right
