82429 - addressbook's autocomplete's list's scroll bar is buggy

When starting to type a recipient's name, the autocomplete is engaged and a list 
of what it finds is listed in a pull down menu list just below the recipient's 
entry field.  When the list is large enough that it'll display a scroll bar, 
this scroll bar acts buggy.

When the list of names is fully loaded clicking on the down and up arrows work 
fine.  Clicking on the space above and below the scroll bar works fine.  
Clicking and trying to move the scroll bar makes the scroll bar jump back to the 
top of the list (if scroll bar is not at the top of the list).
