Select "Close all tabs" from the TabsTray menu while on a private browsing tab.
Reproducible on Nexus 7 tablet and Nexus 4 phone...

One of these was with different steps to reproduce:
1. open three tabs
2. select 2nd
3. close selected tab from TabsTray using [x] button
