Steps to reproduce:

Tried to middle click at the bottom of a long scrollbar in the file dialog to directly move the cursor to where the mouse was pointing


Actual results:

Nothing.


Expected results:

In linux, a middle click in the scrollbar moves the cursor under the mouse pointer.

Works for me with 18.0b5.  Anyway, would it be a Firefox issue and not e.g. a GNOME one?
