User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/23.0.1271.97 Safari/537.11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch message application.
2. Edit a new message.
3. Input the number in address area.


Actual results:

The 'No results returned' UI will blink correspondingly while inputting a number each time.


Expected results:

The UI should not blink always.
