B2G emulator for Desktop, central 20121224

Settings > Display: The 'alt' tag is not localized (value is 'wallpaper preview') and tapping on the image brings up the file picker which is also not localized (shows 'Pick', 'Wallpaper', 'Gallery' and 'Camera' despite German localization). The dialog is also present in b2g18 early 20121225.
