82470 - offline: Clicking the "Select" button results in an error mesg: Unknown error 8007000e

This bug only occurs on Windows NT 4.0. I did not see this
bug on Win98, 2k, MAC OS 9.04, or Linux 2.2.

I have seen this before on one of Diane's old mozilla test builds.
I haven't seen it in a commerical build until now.

It occurs only in the 2001-05-23-06-trunk/ or 2001-05-23-09-trunk/ 
builds. It does NOT occur in 2001-05-23-13-trunk/ or 2001-05-22-13-trunk/.
The build id for all of the May 23 builds is the same: 2001052304

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Clean uninstall of previous version of Mojo
   -deleting Netscape 6 dir
   -removing mozregistry.dat & mozver.dat from winnt folder
   -romoving mozilla directory from winnt/profiles/application data
2) Make sure you have 4.x profile already created/in use
3) install either 5/23 build that had the problem
4) migrate your 4.x profile
5) bring up messenger
6) Click on select button from either
   -Offline & Disk Space pref
   -Download and Sync now window

Results
 A error message pops up: "Alert: Unknown error 8007000e" and
 Select Items for Offline usage window.
Expected results
 No error window and just Select Items for Offline usage window.

Marking as Works for me since the last commerical build:
2001-05-23-13-trunk/ does not have this problem anymore.

I remember that either Navin or Cavin fixed this bug a while back.
