Details

Every few minutes, the revision dashboard should check to see if there are new revisions, and add some kind of indicator to that effect. Something that will cause an app tab to highlight would be ideal. This would make it a much more excellent app tab subject.
Now that we have traditional pagination, do we care to do this?  Seems dangerous as you could lose your place.
